| RULES |
- MCSFA Members only – You must be a member of the Manistee County Sport Fishing Association for 2010 to be eligible for prizes.
- Any fish legally landed on a Member’s boat is eligible for prizes, however, a Member must enter the fish, and prizes will be awarded to Members only. Members may distribute prizes as they see fit.
- Participation is NOT restricted to boat owners. Members fishing from piers or shore can also enter fish in the Derby, however all pier or shore landed fish must be caught and landed by a Member entering the fish.
- A Member may enter as many fish as desired.
- In the event of a tie, the first fish weighed in will win.
- All fish must be caught legally with hook and line.
- All fish must be at least 10 pounds for the Salmon Derby to qualify for prizes.
- All State of Michigan fishing laws apply unless otherwise stated.
- Fishing waters include all navigable waters of Manistee County.
- Members must leave from and return to Manistee County Harbors of origin for fish to qualify in these events.
- Qualifying species - Brown Trout, Steelhead, Salmon and Lake Trout
- All cash prizes will be awarded in the fall after event is completed.
- Boats licensed for charter must be registered as such in MCSFA events.
- 2010 membership starts the day you pay your dues. Fish cannot be entered in Derby for that day.
